Where available, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

Our team will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

At Luma Decor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

As some of our products are supplied directly by trusted international manufacturers and suppliers, return arrangements may vary depending on the product.

Items may be eligible for a return or refund where:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

  • The item significantly differs from its product description.

Please contact our Customer Support Team before returning any product so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return Conditions

Where applicable, returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include the original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Be approved for return by the Luma Decor Customer Support Team before being sent.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable consumer law.

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Certain clearance or final-sale products

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where possible.

For made-to-order, personalised, or specially sourced products, cancellation may not be possible once production or fulfilment has begun.
